POSTOPERATIVE CONTROL

Immediate

  1. Patient monitoring: Blood-pressure, pulse, O2, CO2, Temperature, level of consciousness
  2. Patient safety: from the operating tab´le onto the recovery room bed, from there to the ward into the patient bed.
  3. Analgesia
  4. Oral intake / fluid balance
  5. Mobilisation / prophylaxis against thrombosis

Early

  1. Control of the undertaken itervention: clinical, X-ray, other special investigation
  2. Analgesia / Antibiotics
  3. Planned date of discharge
  4. Location of the early rehabilitation

Late

  1. 3 month control of therapeutic intervention
  2. forward planning of further interventions
